Start First common Master Thesis Gliwice - THM

We welcomed the first student of our network, Ms Waleria Łukaszewicz-Szmytka, to the Faculty of Business and Engineering at the THM in Friedberg. In addition to a series of lectures, she worked on her Master's thesis in our Virtual Reality Laboratory. She dealt with the automation of a 3D scanning process. The thesis titled "Communication systems for automated acquisition of pictures for 3D Reverse Engineering" was successfully defended in Gliwice.

Doroczne spotkanie koordynatorów CUCEE w THM odbyło się w tym roku w czerwcu  w ramach obchodów 50-lecia THM i było połączone z świętowaniem 25-lecia współpracy THM i Uniwersytetu Zielonogórskiego. Ta współpraca dała początek późniejszej sieci CUCEE.

Prezydent THM prof. Matthias Willems uhonorował współpracę na głównej scenie odbywającego się w tym samym czasie letniego festiwalu THM. Wiceprezydent THM prof. Olaf Berger brał udział w naszych dyskusjach tematycznych i podkreślał wagę współpracy w ramach sieci CUCEE.

The annual meeting of CUCEE coordinators at THM took place this year in June as part of the celebration of the 50th anniversary of THM and was combined with the celebration of the 25th anniversary of cooperation between THM and the University of Zielona Góra. This collaboration gave rise to the later CUCEE network.

President of THM prof. Matthias Willems honored the collaboration on the main stage of the THM summer festival taking place at the same time.

Vice President of THM prof. Olaf Berger participated in our thematic discussions and emphasized the importance of cooperation within the CUCEE network.

Prof. Rafael Greszczynski took over the role of CUCEE coordinator

In September 2022, Professors Klytta and Greszczynski from THM will swap roles. After more than 20 years of coordination of the CUCEE network by Professor Klytta, Professor Greszczynski will take over the main coordination. Professor Klytta will support Professor Greszczynski as co-coordinator until the end of the year.

Exkursion Studenten Relabema Meeting Tallinn

As part of the RELABEMA project, a large group of students from almost all CUCEE partners took part in an excursion. The students from our network and other project partners met in Tallinn at TalTech. The achievements of the project were tested accompanied by intercultural exchange and other events.
